InterXROLL is a modern product developed to cover the fence of the house, the wall of the home garden, etc. This product can hold in all weather condition, indoor or outdoor. This product is suitable for all climates and will not be affected by chemical reactions.
InterXROLL is made of high quality Polypropylene (PP) which is different from all other products available in the market. InterXRoll is produced in two types of opacity, transparent and opaque. The available color variation are clear, blue, green and gray.
Appearance
Product has good quality, there are no problems like holes, cracks, damage by foreign particles, air bubbles and parts lacking polypropylene (PP)
Color
Uniform color and doesn't show any color difference.
Weight
Product has a +5% load tolerance. (weight or load, depencing on context, to measure resistance when bent, etc., heavy wear, if stacked with loads).
Thickness
Product thickness is in accordance with TSE rules and has a +5% tolerance for flat sheets.
Length
Can be produced with unlimited length during roll. That can still be rolled.
Packaging
Packed in rolls 50 meters per pack.
Width
The width of the roll profile is equivalent ro the value shown in the sample below, with a tolerance of +10mm.
Label
To improve after sales service. with label installation inkjet system on roll product.

Tacks/Screws are coated with rubber in order to avoid leakage in rain.
Attach the batten frame to the ideal size range. Refer to batten table for each type of roof size.
Attaching the left or right size need at least two waves (1 upper wave and 1 down wave) not leaking when heavy rains.
Installation addition roofing from above to bottom requires fields distance stack 10 - 15 cm.
Before installing roof, it is recommended to puncture it manually to make a hole. After that, you can install it with nails/screws until rubber/seal meets the surface of the roof so it does not broken/crack the roof.
